A Matter of Life

A Matter of Life:

Becoming Expectant for most of us is the happiest Joy ever told
We run with excitement telling friends and family of the news
thats to Great to hold:

The first office visit is so excititng where we can hardly keep our seat
so excited to see our bundle of joy still shaped like a C
we watch with anticipation to see stubs of hands and webbed little
feet, Life its confirmed by the fluttering ball, it's our babies heartbeat!!

Our minds race and run off all excitement, because our journey
has just begun, 40 weeks we're to cuddle a daughter, even multiples
or a bouncing baby son,

We eat healthy, as our bodies change and our waistline begans to show
Everyone gives compliments on how beautiful we look, and how our faces
are beginning to glow,

Then suddenly early in the morning or maybe late at night, our world
turn from joy into the darkest hour of our lives,
nature has decided without consent or any further delay
that the life of this child is soon to end, perhaps, even today,

In the Er is where most succomb to the horrible news of all
the monitor shows the empty sac, or cessation of the fluttering ball,

The question then becomes Lord, Why? Why did this have to happen?
a lof of us sunk into despair as our hearts were deeply saddened

Noone can fully explain, or know the  exact reason for the cause,
It's forever a mystery, never known to man why God has done a recall,

As we pick up our lives, we must be strong, always thrive to go on
expressing feelings with someone, reminds us we're never alone,
talking it over helps relieve pain and aid to joy and laughter
You'll always hold close that day to your heart, because
Miscarriage Does Matter!!!
